Enthalpy, wet temperature
Enthalpy (or total heat) is the amount of energy (heat …) in the air. It is expressed in kJ/kg or kcal/kg (1 kilojoule = 4.18 kilocalories).
0 being taken as the reference temperature point.
Specific enthalpy of water is the amount of heat in 1 kg of boiling water, without a change in temperature and pressure.
Wet bulb temperature or wet temperature is the temperature shown by a so-called "wet bulb" thermometer or psychrometer. This is a thermometer with the
sensitive part covered with a fine film of evaporating water from gas or circulating air.
Measuring enthalpy and wet bulb temperature can be done with the Humitest Psyclone
thermo-hygrometer.
Products
Fitted with a humidity probe, this shock-resistant thermo hygrometer allows to measure humdidity, temperature and dew point, mixing ratio...even in changing environments.
Air quality? Energy efficiency?
Reconciling the two upstream avoids the costs related to amendment works after building or refurbishment: work costs, social costs –health, absenteeism- and environmental impacts.
Exploitation mode and ways of life have a notable share in “global cost”.
