Portable thermo-hygrometers for a on-site diagnosis
Air quality diagnosis integrates humidity and air temperature measurement, dew point measurement…, thanks to a portable thermo-hygrometer.
Instant humidity measure
Capacitive humidity sensor
The capacitive humidity probes convert the level of absorbed electrical capacity in relative humidity rate (%RH). The Quickstick humidity probe measures humidity from 0 to 100% RH by this method. It is used with the Humitest MMS or Humitest Hygro L thermo-hygrometer (examples of application: buildings diagnosis, follow up of post disaster dryout -flooding, damage by water-, indoor air quality diagnosis...).Resistive humidity sensor
The resistive humidity probes use electrical resistance to convert measurement into relative humidity rate (%RH). By this principle, the Hygrostick probes don’t only measure humidity, but also the Equilibrium Relative Humidity of any materials. Theses humidity sensors can be inserted in a humidity boxe or humidity sleeve, thus creating a sealed air pocket on the surface of a substrate (slab, screed, wall…). They are used together with Humitest MMS or Hygro L for non destructive measurements.Temperature sensor
Thermistors, these sensors measure temperature (°C/°F) from the resistance variation. The Quickstick and Hygrostick humidity probes measure ambient temperature between 0 and 50°C with this method. As for the surface temperature sensor of the Humitest Hygro L Plus and the Humitest MMS thermo-hygrometers, it allows direct display of the difference between surface temperature and dew point.
To measure changing environments, the Humitest Psyclone thermo-hygrometer gives access to different settings (minimum, maximum, mean…) and automatic psychrometric calculations: surface temperature, dew point, wet bulb, mixing ratio.

Humitest MMS
This moisture meter and thermo-hygrometer allows to measure humidity, ambient temperature, dew point and thermal bridges as well as the moisture
content of materials (on the surface and in depth).
Indoor air quality training
Health and productivity of staff? Air quality in tertiary buildings?
Air quality? Energy efficiency?
Reconciling the two upstream avoids the costs related to amendment works after building or refurbishment: work costs, social costs –health, absenteeism- and environmental impacts.
Exploitation mode and ways of life have a notable share in “global cost”.
